God blessed us with gorgeous weather - I hit the trails at Arabia Mountain, crushed leg day at the gym, and treated myself to dinner.  Working on nurturing my mind, body, and spirit. So grateful for His love and learning to love myself. ✨

Spiky mini-leaves on new prickly pear pad. I'm not convinced that they are as "vestigial" as claimed by textbooks. A boost of photosynthesis in early summer moisture, then let them drop. The cactus knows what it's doing.
