On Friday I took a bit of an epic trip to Ardvrek Castle in Lairg to take some photos. It was a great day, if a little bit of a long journey. It's somewhere I've wanted to go for a while so it was definitely a worthwhile adventure.

Truly horrible...but this quote from the article is so disdainful that it kind of shines a light amid the horrors or something...and includes the word "tootsies."

Afternoon everyone. I've spent most of today saying "Wow look at that mountain/ beach!" to my son. Sadly the photos do not do the Highlands justice.

Seriously? You can't face your feet getting wet in a puddle, so you tear out stones from the walls of a partially ruined, centuries-old castle for use as stepping stones?

These people are either really stupid, or have no respect for anyone or anything. Or both. 😡
