#artforum
Mostly garden-variety Artforum-bashing here (invective against intellectualism, woke-ism, etc). The damning tidbits are of the publishers still vetting even the smallest reference to Palestine.

Egg’s on my face for hearing someone say an artforum postmortem in tablet was worth reading and giving it a look. The sheer number of times per paragraph the word “woke” is used after several grafs lamenting the conservatism of the magazine’s history is laughable. Travis jeppensen is a joke.

My latest review for #Artforum discusses Chalisée Naamani's exhibition "Octogone" at Kunst Halle Sankt Gallen as an artistic training program that, "with its comparative, intercultural exercises, stimulates transnational thinking".

my best idea would be to submit an excerpt to artforum or bookforum or artnews, as a legit piece of reporting.

I learned about him from reading your book, the revelation was part of my introduction to him.

i could imagine this information being upsetting to fans of his art and/or of fluxus.

It's sad to see publications resort to ad server services because you have a perfectly nice article bordered by "one weird trick..." or some other scam. I'm looking at an Artforum article from 1988 and am being told to click to download a known browser hijacker.

(aside: for the thumbnail, I knew I wanted to use old magazine ads, but I was not expecting Artforum to have the highest ads-to-content ratio. So I dutifully used that.)

I am tempted to submit explicit ASCII art to artforum magazine.
