Arthas every 5 minutes

Arthas always asks what and who, but he never asks why!

Let’s at least class it up and see some Arthas posting
I think an issue here is that most people above the age of 6 understand that Anakin was bad guy in that movie

Can't not dress Arthas up when he's this photogenic! My heart ... ❤️🫠

(Vid reposted from Arthas' insta ... which is really just my wife's insta 😅)

So yeah, Arthas is the only major character who sees what happens. That's why he's the only one to have such an extreme reaction at Stratholme.

Which means Arthas just didn't tell Uther or Jania about what the grain actually does. Which really proves Arthas' arrogance now that I think about it.

The second got me laughing

I feel like if Arthas saw Sethrak today, he'd just go:

'WHAT THE-??'

I hate to do Arthas this dirty, BUT-
November 3, 2026 at 2:32 AM
Ransom... Not random... I blame Arthas
November 2, 2026 at 12:57 AM
((One more, I was going to also make an Arthas account for the meme for the Culling of Arthas jokes but just didn't. Hello dreadlord my old friend))

Neither Uther nor Jaina saw what Arthas saw in the previous mission and Arthas doesn't bother explaining it. Because Arthas is an arrogant dick who thinks people will just do what he says due to his title.

You can even extend that to burning the ships later on, which is a fucking temper tantrum.
November 3, 2026 at 9:12 AM
It happened literally right after Jania left to go tell Uther about the undead.

Arthas notices some grain, asks about it, a town guard says it's from the town Arthas had just been to and that it's already been distributed. Right before villagers turn into zombies and attack.

KING Arthas? Well I didn't vote for him

In the wake of current events, post a blue character!
November 4, 2026 at 10:37 PM
I did play it, but I also remember the previous mission where you had to fight people infected by the grain. So I kinda follow Arthas' logic about the need to sterilize/quarantine Stratholme once he realized it was infected.

However, Arthas expecting Uther to fall in line was remarkably arrogant.
November 3, 2026 at 9:12 AM
I mean, I'll defend The Scouring of Stratholme because Arthas was only going off what he knew. But everything after that is inexcusable.

The moment Arthas burns his ships and frames the mercs he hired to help do it, he's crossed the line. There's no justification for anything he does after that.

Without power, without that "feeling like Arthas in Lordearon" vibe?

What does a culture and society that has been primed to fight these mooks do? But say "Oh. That looks fun."

They forlorn hoped so hard they turned themselves...not even into Cobra.

It's gonna be OSI vs SPHINX. 3/3

Storytelling in #WorldofWarcraft always comes back to the poop quests.

Poop quests and Arthas. Fortunately not at the same time. (That I know of.)

This and more discussion (mostly not about poop quests) on this week's Lore Watch Podcast, which is now live!

uhhh very curious about the golden retriever thing, but warden fun fact: he was half-decapitated when he died before arthas raised him as a death knight🙂‍↕️

They were married on the most significant day for the Forsaken. And the day following the fall of Arthas.

it's possible it's also in some sort of time bubble where a lot of things don't happen, or aren't resolved. i mean you have arthas as a boss you can fight f.e. (and azjol-nerub as a dungeon you can run)
i do love that the dnd wow book does just kinda still have the black dragonflight goal as the same as it was pre-dragonflight even tho the book is clearly written in midnight’s timeline (haranir are mentioned)

Arthas' story was interesting, but as the Lich King he is just...Meh to me. Very boring.
October 31, 2026 at 9:23 PM
I even bought Christie Golden's "Arthas: Rise of the Lich King" book, which made me both fall in love with the characters of Arthas, Jaina, Sylvanas, and others, which led me deeper down the gaming lore rabbit hole.

Fast forward to now, where I've delved deep into the lore...

I’ve fleshed her out to be a wildgod of sorts for Eversong, who they thought fell to Arthas until the Sunwell went wild with the lightbloom and the forest woke her back up to help stabilize everything.

I have a unique design for her in mind I still need to draw. The Dream effect is,,,meh to me 🤣
