I guess it depends on the alter. With the foil copy, you can use acetone to (selectively) wipe away everything on top of foiling leaving you a blank canvas to do whatever you want with it, including expand the art box

Tysm!! 🥰 I use this thing, I found it at a dollar store near me! Failing that you should be able to find em at crafting stores. I've heard (in an artofthecards video) that exacto knives work too, but I've always ripped the paper when I've tried using them
