there are not meaningfully more plane crashes than last year or the year before that. the plane crash with easily available atc audio where the pilot was talking to atc up until the crash was not caused by lack of atc. please stop conspiracising

Have seen the video and heard the last few moments of the ATC call. Absolutely horrific, but the pilot remained professional to the end as did ATC

A helicopter in my ship’s airspace once burned in. Listening to that ATC recording broke me. And today I read some people are criticizing the young copilot who was communicating with ATC. I’d like to see any of them keep it together one tenth as well while dropping 30k feet in 90 seconds jackasses.

If you haven't heard the ATC audio yet, I suggest avoiding it at all costs. One of the worst sinking pits in my stomach feelings I've ever experienced. It's bad.

The ATC audio is available. In the quoted screen capture, the horizontal stabilizer is visibly missing from the tail. This might have been negligence, but it wasn't intentional
