I swear this was just supposed to be a little fun cute sketch and then I somehow ended up coloring it 😭
Whether I'll refine it further, that depends--
Anyhow no one tell these two how everything will go wrong in the future

It is criminal how long it has taken for me to draw and post-- Please behold my terrible brainrot that has kept me held together somehow! #dgrayman #dgm #dgraymanoc #ocart #neadcampbell #aubadeempressart
The art piece has two people at the center of it-- Nea D. Campbell from D.Gray-man and the artist's D.Gray-man OC Mellicent Hayes. Melli is leaned back slightly while crying and holding a large lance. She is wearing a white dress with blood spilled on hem. The upper part of her face is covered with a veil. Nea breaks one of the chains around her and he is standing more behind her, but close and holding onto the lance, too. He is smiling while he breaks one of the chains and around it are the motifs of the Musician's score in gold. The center has a decorated corner with a blue rose and green vines on the top right and then, a decorated corner with wheat, Musician's score motifs, and Timcampy on the bottom left.

Don't look at me casually neglecting to post more of my art in here-- I honestly spent a criminal amount of time on this back when I made it. Melli being a vampire noble lady honestly tracks though. She'll only accept the finest blood. 🙏

A young woman (an OC named Mellicent) stands in the middle of a moonlit garden surrounded by blue roses and with the moon in the sky, slightly hidden behind clouds. She holds a dark blue gray parasol. She is wearing a deep blue-purple shade with various golden ornaments such as strings of golden beads. Gold accents exist on other parts of her dress. On the top of her see-through sleeves are golden cuffs and purple-black feathers. Her head is adorned with a dark blue headband-crown headdress with more golden accents showing a 5 petaled flower. Her eyes are a dark blue with a slight reddish-pink glow near the center. A beauty mark is on the corner of her left eye and on the left corner of her mouth. Her hair is a reddish-brown shade. It is styled to be long, wavy and curled at the ends in a drill-like curls. One of those drill curls slightly covers her face. Her face is partly concealed by dark see-through veil that covers her face below her eyes. On closer inspection, she has vampire fangs.
