After missing Ken's Autumn Colours today, I'm going to ride it as a DIY tomorrow.
This will then be validated, providing I can work out how to upload my gpx file.

I've completed the bike ride 51km well within #audaxuk time.
But it was hard!
Lumpier than expected, hotter than forecast, and the wind was gusting in all directions - none of them favourable to me.

Birthday bike ride complete!
No rain, but a bit chilly on occasions.
Using the HRM to keep my heart rate down has definitely helped - I don't feel like I'm going to pass out now I'm home!
