Australia Institute analysis shows policies allowing virtually unlimited exports of gas from eastern Australia led to a TRIPLING of gas prices and DOUBLING of wholesale electricity prices.

We have a gas export problem, not a gas shortage problem.

Australians are often told they face gas shortages, while, thanks to Australia, Japan has adequate gas and also on-sells to other countries.
