I've been to this park - its in the middle of nowhere so he drove there? You'd have to make a real effort to climb in the enclosure. Labelling Austistic people as mentally disturbed is offensive.

Well, not to defend this, cause they’re the people causing it, but the toll could be described as being labeled as mentally stunted and therefore unable to make decisions for yourself. Like, being austistic isn’t a problem, but the system is certainly attempting to make it one legally.
