One thing I deeply appreciate about Born Again is how it never at any point makes the AVTF seem cool as villains.
They’re power-tripping losers in stupid looking uniforms who repeatedly get their asses pulverized in nearly every appearance. Just completely useless without their power imbalance

One thing that I appreciate about Daredevil Born Again is that they're not even bothering to be subtle that Fisk and the AVTF are the bad guys and what they're representing.

Batshit season finale (complimentary) but yea, the politics are nonsensical. Multiple times this show has tried to make a distinction between regular police and AVTF (the ICE allegory) as if the police force is not the OG, of not continued, pipeline for the AVTF
This “we serve the people, not the other way around” would hit a lot harder if the IRL Supreme Court didn’t declare police had no obligation to “protect and serve”
