You can avoid the issues with generation-ship culture slippage by just iterating the cryostasis. Like crew A works 30 years piloting the ship, then you thaw crew B, after ten years of overlap A goes to sleep, B repeats with C, etc.

It was a PRIVATE COMPANY that provides ATC at the tower that nearly caused Delta 3788 and a USAF B-52 bomber to collide, not FAA air traffic controllers!
Now... do you really want a private company to be the responsible authority to tell you when to take shelter due to a tornado?

It was a PRIVATE COMPANY that provides ATC at the tower that nearly caused Delta 3788 and a USAF B-52 bomber to collide, not FAA air traffic controllers!
