At 4:34 p.m. today, there were supposed to be three northbound B48 buses and three southbound B48 buses operating, equally spaced. Instead, there were three northbound buses bunched together, and no southbound ones. The MTA is not delivering the service taxpayers and riders are paying for.

I always associate thanking the bus driver with low-ridership systems and routes (in Anchorage it was obligatory; in NYC I do it on the B48 but not buses with useful frequencies), but in Toulouse they do it on four-door articulated buses!
