Theres so much about Bab5 that could have been better if it had been Ds9. And so many people just dont get what that means.

& Delenn's chrysalis transformation was originally scripted as a transition for Delenn from male to female Minbari.

Carl Sagan popularized it, but the philisophical idea kinda sorta predates him. but Sagan brought it to the mainstream consensus. (Bab5 was referencing Sagan. Not shitting on Bab5, it still hits hard.)
