Circular heatmaps show daily Air Quality Index (AQI) across 20 major Indian cities from 2015 to 2025. Each chart represents a city, with months arranged around the circle and concentric rings showing individual years. Colours range from blue for good air quality to red, and deep dark red for poor to severe AQI. Northern cities show prolonged periods of poor air quality, especially in winter, while southern cities such as Chennai and Bengaluru show better air quality.
