I still call them tea baggers and still despise them.

Seems fair since everyone who does self-checkout is actually doing TWO JOBS: grocery cashiers and baggers.

The supermarket that I shop at employs mentally challenged. They are greeters, baggers, and perform other functions. They are normally pleasant and happy to have a purpose. I like shopping there, it's a reminder that there's room in this world for all of us.

A dozen years ago, they mocked us for calling authoritarian racist folks "tea baggers."

And today, America is one big mouth controlling all the nuts.

Retrograde please. It's been way too long we've been doing the baggers' job for them. Not that it's the baggers' fault.
Wow! Can we clone this man? Asking for every American City! 😍

Remember when they initially referred to themselves as "Tea Baggers," and those who knew the term said "OK, we'll call you tea baggers" and then they Googled it and screamed "How DARE you use such a slur on us!" ? Good times.

No, Progressive commercial, I know they're doing their best and are underpaid, but sometimes you need to tell grocery food baggers how to properly stack items in the bag. Tough truth.

Also a reason the DMV and Post Office are hated is because they're deliberately underfunded and understaffed, to harm them, because they historically employed a lot of Black and brown workers in good union positions. See also: grocery store workers, including baggers. Remember them?
While we're on the subject of things that annoy me unreasonably—which we are always on btw—"I've got", or worse, "am working on", "a theory that" is actually a commonplace one has heard a thousand times for decades is something that annoys me unreasonably

Great piece. Power structures are crumbling and the money baggers are fleeing in quick sand.
The Epstein emails have damaged Trump beyond repair, because the public has now seen the gross moral rot behind Trump's presidency and the elites who prop it up (and fawned over a convicted sex creep)

Take your money out of AI and into pitchforks. My new column www.inquirer.com/opinion/epst...
Epstein’s emails are the end of America as they ruined it
If the evil banality of the world's most powerful people exposed in the Epstein emails doesn't cause a revolution, nothing will.
