This '13 Baga has come along well (24 mos. used wood, a pre-1932 vineyard). It has fleshed out a bit, shows power and the ability to handle it, good acidity and beautiful fresh fruit. Great today, but lots of time left (10 years at least; more?).

2012 Clássico (V. Puro) is from very old Baga vines in Bairrada (80-100 years). You'd never know it was wood-aged for 24 months (much of it used, though). It's bright with a juicy finish, the acidity making the Baga jump off the palate. Delicious, it has another decade or so left, maybe more.

Bairrada and Baga remain on the obscure side. Bairrada sparklers even more so.... It's hard to even find Bairrada sparklers. Not even on people's radar. So far, just a niche wine.
