Happy Birthday and Congrats to everybody's best friend, #BaseballReference!
25 years ago today, Baseball Reference was created.

We've had a few different looks over the years, but our mission has stayed the same—to make baseball stats accessible for everyone. ⚾

Forgive me if I copy/pasted anything wrong from baseballreference (will double check these figures), but pretty good year for the 4 Mets young arms. Promising futures ahead.

Every time Scorigami gets mentioned, the thought of wanting pour hundreds of hours into BaseballReference to make ScorRHEgami a reality creeps back in.

As of this morning, FanGraphs gives the Orioles a 23.3% chance to make the postseason. BaseballReference has it at 21.1%.

Review for the baseballreference app on google play store. That is definitely the best place to voice this opinion.

Fun #LearnedLeague One Day yesterday about some of the more interesting things one will see on a certain player’s #BaseballReference page. I scored in the 86th percentile, a bit disappointing but still had a blast

I visit BaseballReference because I like to check on how well my favorite players are performing in aggregate this year. You check BR to convince yourself that a 10-way parlay is actually a good bet. We are not the same

I don't think that Buck Martinez understands the concept of defensive range. His fielding analysis appears limited to errors and outfield assists. #BlueJays #BaseballReference

Going on baseballreference and just looking at a big number. It's so big they bolded and italicized it. I'm having the time of my life.

An average of four statistical models for season ending standings in the #ALEast shows the #bluejays with 93 wins, ahead of both the #RedSox and #Yankees by 5 games, the #rays by 13 games and the #orioles by 18 #fangraphs #baseballreference #baseballprospectus #teamratings

My grandfather, born in 1931 in Brooklyn, raised his children (four sons, three daughters) as Met fans after the Dodgers left. My father doesn’t have baseballreference memorized quite the way I do but he has written seven books about the Catholic Church’s role in politics so he’s not *not* autistic

You should show her the clusterfuck of how baseballreference abbreviates the 3 historical Washington teams with 3 different three letter codes (WSA, WSH, WSN)

@davidkuchar.bsky.social By the way, thanks for the follow! I've followed you back. And you know who had a breakout season at 27? This man. Check out his lifetime stats on baseballreference.

Per #stathead #baseballreference the 23 hits by the #redsox today is the most for a team that lost a 9 inning game since 1930 and third most all time.

At least bWAR has Cal at a -6 runs fielding

That does not pass the smell test for me

My Facebook feed is just recommending me random pages it thinks I’ll like now which generally sucks. It’s fascinating to see the Vintage Baseball page foam at the mouth over some BaseballReference comparisons. A Kevin Appier-Sandy Koufax comparison might make the page shut down.
