N is for Novation
Novation began in the UK back in 1992. These days they are known for their MIDI controllers, analog and virtual analog synths, grid-based performance controllers, and audio interfaces

Will try to post more music stuff in 2025. In the meantime here's my current synth setup. The MPC Live 2 & BassStation2 were fantastic additions, love them. Might sell the DrumBrute, the MPC replaced it a bit too well. I also have a PC running Bitwig 5.2 & Cardinal. 😁 #synthsky #novation #arturia.

I love Earthquaker Devices. I have an Afterneath, Aurelius, and Dispatch Master on my Microfreak. And their Hizumitaz on my BassStation2. Other favs, JHS Panther Cub, EHX Platform compressor and the classic Boss DS-1. I also love my vintage racks and have an Alesis 3630, Midiverb 2, and Midiverb 3

I am loving my new setup!
The Nord sounds absolutely amazing, but unfortunately doesn't do the monosynth glide that has become part of my sound... the bass station is killing it so far 😍

Years ago I said: "how cool would it be if the Bass Station II was a poly synth?" ... then came the Novation Peak. Now they're together - don't they look awesome?

Live set from my garden with Novation Bass Station 2 and Novation Circuit Tracks. The Bass Station is powered by a power bank, so no outlets are needed! Take your synths outside and enjoy the summer vibes :-)

A fresh take on the track I tried to upload to Soundcloud yesterday, this time with a description to indicate it was a one-shot recording with improvisation. Hoping they won't copyright stirke it against some shuffly cafe/bar music! Just a jam, not a finished track. soundcloud.com/ikjoyce/fanf...
Fanfare
A one-shot recording of my modular synth as I improvise over on the BassStation2 using a brassy trumpet patch

I will probably never be able to afford a MOOG but this thing gets me where I need to go 😅

Ezbot just posted a BassStation2 video on YT..? I think that's the fourth "new" video I've seen about a 12 year old synth this past month which I guess means Novation is about to announce a BassStation3 any day now... No plans to upgrade my BS2 as it's perfection already
