I've had a lovely, easy afternoon. I crafted a little bit, exercised a tiny bit and rested *a lot*. I'm feeling better for it and I'll def be resting after dinner too. (Dinner is microwaving stuff I batchcooked a few days ago - thank you past me!)

When I find myself motivated and enthused, I can do stuff - like travel around fir shows, are 5 Christmas cakes or 28 batchcooked lunches. Build massive Lego sets or storm through a book. It's so difficult getting I to that space, however. And it rarely seems to last more than three or four days
