Bought the kid his 1st drum kit, set it up in 1 hour, he played for 10 minutes & then we had to leave so I could get the train to Amsterdam airport 😞 But - we will continue when I get back from Finland this weekend…

My son Baz (natural drummer!) started his 1st band last month & did his 1st performance, playing “Seven Nation Army”. We studied live White Stripes vids to see what Meg does - and when he sat down behind the kit for the 1st time - he nailed it!

My drummer boy, before his performance of Nirvana’s “Come As You Are” at his school’s “Coffeehouse”.
He’s rocking a jacket made by @rockthejacket that was given to me years ago for my older son. Zia no longer fits it – but now it’s got a new life with Bazzy!

My son Baz is making his stage debut in Finding Nemo Junior (ticket info in photo #2) as a singing/dancing sea horse & sea turtle. He’s SO into it - & I’m so proud of him. He’s performing on the Friday & Saturday shows only - wanna come out? 🐠
