But he said this after the FBI agreed to cooperate with BCA, and before Rosen intevened.

Something is happening here, what it is isn’t exactly clear. The Minnesota Gun Owners Caucus told local media they want the state BCA granted full and equal access to all evidence so an independent investigation can happen.
