Try taking a Bcomplex supplement. It's water soluable so you just pee or sweat out the extra, and it seems to make you less delectable. My 🐎riding partner used to complain they were being eaten alive while they weren't bothering me.

I am sure you get all sorts of annoying unsolicited advice
but nonetheless 😉 you never know what might do the trick:
-Bcomplex supplements daily
-heated eyemask for 15 minutes lying in bed, then read before sleep
-have something pleasant planned to think about as you fall asleep, concentrate on that

My Opa used to swear by a shot of rye. Maybe two if it was particularly stubborn. I usually pound down vitamins zinc, D, Bcomplex, C, and magnesium, and start mainlining peppermint tea with honey. It helps a lot, though I suspect it's mainly the zinc.

Make sure you’re getting the correct form of B12. You either want methyl or adenos
these forms are both readily available. If you are deficient be prepared to the zing! Takes time to regulate.
Stay away from the cheaper form cyano. If it’s a Bcomplex-FOLATE, Not folic!

Anyways, Dr has now got me on weapons grade iron (eq of 28 tabs/day) and vit D (eq of 10 tabs/day) I also take Bcomplex, biotin, ginseng (godsend) mag and zinc.

I’m rattling but I’m up and my house is tidy, so I guess something is working.
