Finished the build turning the Beastlord into a Tyrant for my Barbarian (Ogor) Mawtribes.
Really pleased with how the new Goliath face and feet have fit the scale .

I was originally going to do Nori's, Kalani's and Emil's weapons but after spending ~1 1/2 hours trying to make all three look good together everything broke :)

Hopefully going to get these and the Beastlord (converted with the Dragon Ogre axe, no pics yet) primed today.
The Minotaur Lord (also no pics) needs to wait a bit as it needs some repair work, gap filling, and pinning

Full patch notes are up for #everquestlegends now, some good stuff. Beastlord warder big buff apparently, Castle Mistmoore rework, improvements to UI scaling, and bees may be toned down a smidge for solo instances. Also +1AC on a copper band, huge change.

Full patch notes are up for #everquestlegends now, some good stuff. Beastlord warder big buff apparently, Castle Mistmoore rework, improvements to UI scaling, and bees may be toned down a smidge for solo instances. Also +1AC on a copper band, huge change.

Also through our little gnome warrior into the void so we have more character slots. Gonna make an enchanter, beastlord, and monk... that'll cover all the classes I really want to try out. Outside Ranger and Berserker I guess... but need more slots for that. And people to play with regularly.

They were originally going to bring it back, but it got scrapped without notice alongside the Battle Standard Bearer and others.
My theory on the origin of the plastic AoS one is that it was intended to be a Commemorative Gor unit champion sculpt that lost out to the throned Ghoul King.

I can at least say for certain that the pose was a deliberate homage to this model of Valten, with the Beastlord even having a severed head on their waist reminiscent of him.
While I personally like the model, I can't say I love it as I agree it falls short of reading as a proper lord.
