Went out for a walk today with seeds and fruits in mind for forthcoming #WildflowerHour, but got badly distracted by fungi instead on a beechwood floor. Must do more of these wanders in the days and weeks to come.

Taking a walk in a beechwood is wonderful, especially in spring when the foliage has this special bright green color. I wish you could hear the birds chirping.
