Walk Update: Warmer, so the honey bees came out. They have a good incentive: a backyard beekeeper sells at the local farmer's market. Stopped by today to stock up for winter, and as we chatted, bees kept trying to sneak tastes. No pics of the stand. Just nearby (and the haul).

Walk update: There’s a house down the street with a yard full of native wildflowers. They never cut it, and the bees love it. That's where I've been taking a lot of pictures lately, if not in my building's garden.

Probably next month, I'll stop seeing bees on my walks. For now, I'm visiting them as much as I can.
