I returned to the humpback whale mural. About six hours earlier in the day than my last mural post. The toy camera lens requires you to really mess around with the settings on the creative mode side of the dial on the DSLR. So there’s been a bit of a learning curve on top of learning photography haha. But it’s making more sense.

Traffic begins moving below the arching overhead town sign of Encinitas, California. The La Paloma theater and its marquee can be seen behind the traffic with the dwindling afternoon sun shining on the upper portion of the building. People leaving the beach and crossing the street. Holding beach chairs and bags. A car passes in the lower portion of the picture. Above the car you can see people waiting for the cross walk on other side of the street. A woman with a light blue shirt is walking from further down the shady street, towards the camera, into a spot of setting sunlight. A couple at the bottom left of the photo are waiting at the cross walk, turn to look at the train passing through town behind them, and in the upper portion of the photo. Crossing arms are down while a car waits. A blue jacaranda tree planted on the street corner is in the center of the picture.
