One very basic difference between Heidegger in German vs English is how noun and even compound noun heavy it all is. English turns these word lumps into prepositional phrases that causes them to loose some of their „uumph“

The first visible text says “of discourse and sight are not only objectively present…” with some blurry parts, and the next line is “their uprooting tendency, but one way of being drags the other…” The dog is rightfully unimpressed by Heidegger because he was a Nazi.
