I genuinly don't realize when im having a MH crisis anymore. Years of constant degradation and belittlement of all my needs has caused me to become numb to what "normal people" view as a crisis. Life was shit for so long that anything feels like an improvement, even if its still crisis levels :/

In all honesty I don't see it getting undone. Our generation has grown up with a rising resentment of our southern neighbour's warmongering and constant belittlement of us. We've seen them repeatedly make bad, destructive choices and we're finding better options abroad.
