i was so desperate to incorporate marx bros bits into conversations at, like, the library. it was an obsession. particularly wanted someone to use the word bigamy so i could say "it's bigamy, it's biga-you, it's biga-all of us!"

This is 1/4 of the recipe 50% whole wheat bread with biga from Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast. Beautiful technique. I really loved how the dough handled. This is actually loaf #2 from yesterday’s batch: i split it so i could make a longer, narrower loaf. Using an outdoor oven because summer
