Repurposed one of my older shoulder bags (the small kind. Satchel?) into a bikebag. Not a pretty solution, but still a "I can have a bottle of water and a bag of tissues with me without needing a whole-ass backpack or my big but too warm biker's jacket (with huge pockets) to carry that" solution.
