Bikepackers to take on 'ridiculous looking ride' to the six corners of Golden Bay
I've seen a few bikepackers in our archipelago and Joensuu region this year. This is the kind of travel we benefit from. I'm pretty sure many came here by train, since the target demographic is not luxury charter flight tourists
Here are the multi-use, gravel and bikepacking routes in the North Saimaa Archipelago. My town is in the centre.
Pretty cool stuff. The large rapids I fish are on the long bikepacking loop in Heinävesi.
