I did the first operation(bipoLEP), in another center they performed the monopolar TUR. Pt returned to me and I performed the cystoscopy.

Doubts about my outcomes w/ #bipoLEP #AEEP
I have some pts, fortunately rare, but young, that have some stress incontinence post. Some w/ catheter before. Sure I preserved the sphincter.Great flow but pt and me frustrated. What did I do wrong? What is the true incidence?

One of the most delicate and difficult steps in #AEEP in my experience. Sometimes even if the dissection is precise, or at least this is my impression, some pts can have stress incontinence. And I do now only en-block. Why?
