Mourning Dove landed 5 feet in front of me in perfect light this morning—some sort of message?

Peace isn’t quiet.
Peace is alive.

I wanted my Dove to be in colour. Not silent, but a joyful creature with intricate patterns & colour.

Because peace isn’t just the absence of conflict. It’s the freedom to be happy.

Mr. White Wing Dove is polite in his requests. As befits the Bird of Peace he bows & requests his selection politely. Naturally I'm bringing out fresh seed. It’s been weeks of heavy rain requiring extra seed. Early morning.
