Worry about falling birthrates invariably fails to acknowledge the single greatest decline (drastic reduction in teen pregnancy rates) or make the case for how to boost birthrates beyond reproductive coercion. We can & should ease burdens of choosing to parent w/o expectation of birthrate increase.
