According to the CDC, the average age of U.S. mothers is now nearly 30. From 2016 to 2023, overall births went from 28.7 to 29.6 years, and first births from 26.6 to 27.5, showing fewer young mothers and changing societal norms. #MaternalAge #BirthTrends #CDC
