last year i planted spearmint, kentucky colonel mint, pineapple mint, lemon mint, grapefruit mint, berries & cream mint, blackcurrent mint, thai mint, strawberry mint, lime mint, ginger mint, and orange mint. somehow forgot peppermint?? and the ginger didn’t make it thru winter so i need those 2.

I quite like my evening snack of sourdough with a brush of clarified butter, toasted in the tabletop convector, brushed again, then given a smear quark and blackcurrent preserves with a pinch of Maldon salt and/or sliced almonds

We love to do homemade in this house. A couple of days ago homemade Ginger icecream and Blackcurrent Icecream was made. We will sample it this evening when some friends come round. Plan to serve it in these brandy snap baskets. Also bottled the sloe gin this morning
