I'm a BIG believer in vaccines, seasonal shots, etc. But... every year, when I get the flu shot & covid vaccine, I feel like a stiff & very heavy brick for about a day. Can't just be me - right?

And... I took both shots in one arm. What was I thinking? #geez #blessedstill
