I call these blobbies because they start with wet watercolours blown around the page with a straw. Then once the paint has dried, I find shapes/images in the blob and colour them in.

Sumptorium might be one of my favorite items. There's even a mod to re-skin the familiars as Pikmin or Slime Rancher slimes. Unfortunately, it does cost health, and only Tainted Eve can absorb the lil blobbies. Regular Eve is out of luck.
