Some pics from the first game on my newly built Blood Bowl Sevens pitch.

Such a fun project. For the record I lost as the Elves 2-1 to the Ogres..

Project update....

Started to break up the glossy green base colour with some random airbrushed green and brown. Hopefully this will help make the board less noticable once the static grass is done...

#bloodbowl7s league night. 11 games played, 1000 laughs had. Played my #halflings v #norse and #NecromanticHorror

Highlights v Norse: throw team-mate to equalise failed twice, 2nd time my ball carrier landed in crowd, which then […]

Worked on a #bloodbowl7s tournament rulepack, and built a #gorkamorka rock. Cork trivets don't last very long in this house.

One of the two remaining #orkboyz done. Productive #orktober 6th.

But honestly after 24 of these I have had enough of orcs and if I can avoid painting another one, I will be happy. Not my thing.

Did some pre-League #bloodbowl7s […]

Played #bloodbowl7s versus new coach Michel. My #snotlings versus his #orcs

I would have completely humiliated him were it not for my fungus flinger snake eyeing his bomb throw in my first turn, taking himself out and putting my trolls […]

Spike! Magazine day. I'm a big fan of Sevens, glad GW have updated the rules for the current edition (not that a lack of official rules was stopping me).

A copy of Spike! magazine issue 22. The cover has an illustration of a Skaven linerat and a beastman facing off. The text talks about how there are new #BloodBowl Sevens rules inside.

Had a #bloodbowl7s tournament in #amsterdam and we brought treats (picture). I took my unused dwarves (pictured here bullying Amazons), which I never had any intention of playing.

This is because playing against them is a boring grind and reportedly playing with […]

Tiger striped dorfs beating up Amazons over a ball Piece of oranjekoek with a chocolate with a gridiron rimmed Frisian pompeblêd (heraldic seeblatt in red, a vaguely rounded heart shaped water plant leaf to be found in European waterways and ponds). The oranjekoek is a cake with aniseed and orange peel, with pink glazing and whipped cream on top

#hobbystreak day 1110

Final night of the second rookie #bloodbowl7s league.

I sent in my halflings to get bullied some more, and then I tallied the scores and handed out the trophies and awards.

Winners in alt text.

Also, never make anyone go home […]

The winners Laurens with Paper Armour; Wooden Spoon for Patrick; Fan favourite (most fouls) for Erica, who got a boot trophy; Alex with Favoured of Khorne (most casualties) even though he brought dorfs and should be murdered in his sleep, who got a rat ogre; Michiel with favoured of Nuffle, tournament winner, who got a khemri team; Captain Christmas the halfling hero, a ball token, and a plexiglass trophy in the shape of a seeblatt with a crown and 'mid table royalty' etched into it Skaven vs haflings, which did not end Well for the latter, and halflings vs amazons which did work well Pictures of people looking intent at table tops for a game of blood bowl

Taught a rookie #bloodbowl7s using the teams she and her husband will be using in our League.

She wants Amazons so I played the wood elves her husband wants. Holy s*** that team is so bent - I could not do anything wrong

Opening night of the #bloodbowl7s league I'm organising. Lots of laughs, lots of shenanigans, a couple of loudly announced deaths in 8 games played between 16 coaches. I'm a very happy boy.

I really have to throw in the towel on my #fedipaint entry, due to time constraints (builders, a friend coming over) and having rushed some decisions and ragrettink them.
