Missing poster: Nolberto Rafael Aguilar Rodríguez #BringThemBack Venezuelan, 32 years old To disguise a scar obtained in a childhood accident, Nolberto Rafael Aguilar Rodríguez got a tattoo of dice and cards on his arm. Though he has never been charged with any crime in the U.S. or Venezuela, this tattoo was likely used as a reason for ICE to accuse him of gang affiliation. Sent to CECOT without trial.
