Randomly ran across this pic while looking for something else. It was a build made for a post apoc larp held at the decommissioned Fort Ord Barracks in Monterey. Combat ready, fast- those claws were boffer weapons and the head was all foam and smack-able.

My primary background is in larp and my work is mostly designed to accommodate the needs of that environment. The need came from most american boffer larps having what I find to be outdated and under-served visual representation demands.

I find myself thinking of one of the misteps in early What They Do In The Shadow, namely LARPers as a virgin source, and specifically boffer LARPers. I can't think of a group of nerds I'd be more likely to stereotype as fucking. Out in the open air, all the sweating and running around for starters.
