The ominous fellow I did for #BookofDevotion by @sleepywyrmed!

Since his deity represented perfectionism and toxic mastery of one’s skills, I thought this paladin should have been an arena duelist with an incredibly fragile armour.

So happy that we can finally post these! Meet my paladin for #BookofDevotion by @sleepywyrmed.bsky.social

A fullbody piece of a paladin holding a sword and a shield, looking a bit like a medieval book drawing. The paladin has an organic, hardened magma looking armor, one half is blue and the other half is red. The sword and shield both have faces and they seem to be singing, the sword is invoking a fire meteor directed at a big monster that's snarling at the character while the shield seems to be bringing a dead rabbit back to life. "He does not seek challengers -- not anymore."

I worked on Lermont's design with Maggie as a writer for #BookofDevotion! Coming up with his identity together was a blast, Maggie made him absolutely badass

The full illustration of Vigil, who I created for #BookOfDevotion by @sleepywyrmed.bsky.social !

Known as Sacristan of the Forgotten, he is my paladin of Sepulchrophos the Eclipsed 🏕️🕯️
A large tiefling or firbolg man stands looking right, legs straight, his left hand outstretched to hold a greataxe doubling as a shovel, and right hand in a fist at his hip. He is covered in heavy orange cloths and extremely intricate, burnished gold and brass armor. Even his toes are armored, with large pieces of candelabras, lanterns, clocks, and chandeliers making up his armor. His face is covered with a three-part theatrical mask, obscuring his own expressions; instead, a frown and a grin can be seen. His large pontifical headpiece and pauldron are covered in melted wax and burning candles.

🕯️ Irfan, The Roving Trader
"Bound by Oath to an endless quest for hidden knowledge, Irfan struggles to abandon their beloved world for the unknown."

The paladin I designed for #BookofDevotion for @sleepywyrmed.bsky.social, such an awesome project to be in, check out their stuff!!!
A drawing of a veiled and hooded figure, gender ambiguous. They were a loose tunic under an armor top, with loose pants and scarf, gold accessories over their face, golden bracelets, rings, and a shiny belt. Their legs are that similar to an owl's, and they have an white snowy owl beckoned to them.

"Dennaria, the Dendritic Echo"

my deity piece for the #BookofDevotion zine from last year, organised by the incredible @sleepywyrmed.bsky.social.

leftover sales are still going on and I have to say, both the book and the attached merch is absolutely stunning <3
expansive illustration of a giant tree trunk of sorts with a face in the middle. it stands in shallow waters, from which, giant bones emerge, scattered. there is a gargantual skull partially visible in the foreground, adorned with smaller bone ornaments. large ribs stand in front of the tree-face almost resembling arches, following the pathway to the mouth of the tree. down, at the swampy waters, tiny figures walk across bone pathways, putting in perspective, the scale of this enviroment.
