if you haven’t, you should try sleeping with a pillow between your legs. one of the biggest boons i got from bottom surgery is learning that my hips feel better when i do this lol

Trying to summon something to, and the one I'm going to tentatively say is Scion 2e. I just remember being really underwhelmed with the way the system presented itself and most of the knacks and boons
Most disappointing TTRPG you've ever purchased/played/read? For me, it's undoubtedly the Legendlore RPG (which isn't actually a standalone RPG but, instead, a sourcebook for D&D 5e that has been hammered into that game's mold).

I think there were real boons of Ma Bell and our current era of tech monopolies for open source software. But the way things are going the drawbacks just might destroy them and I won't feel so bad about it.

Loved how good the story was & how each NPC interaction felt varied & naturally interwoven with one another.
I also got much better w/ focusing on specific types of builds based on early boons/upgrades (some *are* kinda trash though! 😂).
Great game!

A "thats right im crazy" type of love interest might be one of the greatest boons a story can have. Unfortunately ryo asuka himself doesnt count because hes not actually the love interest but hes the patron saint of the archtype

And the weirdest thing, to me, was the Lord of the Land gimmick. Get boons by grinding items - ok, sure. Teleport all over the place for $$$ - sure.
Disable the system half the time due to lore? Baffling. Why even have a fast travel option if I can barely use it
