I just had Github Copilot remote-Powershell to that machine, do a image packup to my NAS and then prep me a USB-Bootstick with Proxmox VE on it. I then put that stick into the NUC. As Proxmox came up, Copilot set up the VM, restored the image and made me a W11 VM with the NUC's product key.

Der Paralleltest über den Bootstick hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Bei der Installation dann abgebrochen mir 'schwerem Fehler in der Bootdatei'.

Ja - rsync ist im Installationspaket von Linux Mint Cinnamon Edition, wie ich es auf dem Bootstick habe, enthalten. Unter Windows ist das Gegenstück halt robocopy.

Linux Mint gestern auf einem Laptop aus dem Jahre 2011 aufgespielt. Ließ sich ohne Probleme von einem Bootstick installieren aber der Rechner ist echt lahm und der Lüfter sehr laut. Macht einfach keinen Spaß.
Und Linux sah darauf zwar zweckmäßig aber langweilig aus. Zum experimentieren reichts!

Ich würde da wahrscheinlich nochmal neu win 11 25h2 von nem entsprechend modifiziert gebautem Bootstick installieren und vorher bei HP alle relevanten treiber laden
Rufus als Tool zum Bau hilft auch gerade wenn der installer nicht prüfen soll ob die Hardware das alles sauber kann

Ich würde da wahrscheinlich nochmal neu win 11 25h2 von nem entsprechend modifiziert gebautem Bootstick installieren und vorher bei HP alle relevanten treiber laden
