+Player rolls crit+
Player: I rolled a crit.
GM: Awesome. What does that look like?
Player: Bragar stabs the ogre in the nuts.
GM: Nasty. Roll double damage.

I think giving players control of their character’s story is pretty straightforward.

The Whalebone Arch in Bragar, Isle of Lewis was erected by the former village postmaster Murdo Morrison, and was formed from the jaw bones of a giant whale which beached itself and died in Bragar Bay after being harpooned by hunters.

Great yellow bumblebee was our Bràgar highlight today, which also tells you how exciting the WeBS count was.

I'm 99% sure these were Greater White-fronted geese flying past Bragar this morning. I'll leave the Russian / Greenland distinction to the experts.

Sedge warblers were very visible today at Bràgar, they seem to have done ok this year. Also some reed buntings, which we only rarely see there.

WeBS at Bràgar today. The heartbreaking part is seeing the local dog walker with her three dogs, ripping through all the resting and feeding birds. Every single morning. When they mention "habitat destruction"... this is it.
(I've talked to her. Nice lady, just zero understanding)

"Stadium? This way left, down to Čechův-Bridge over the Moldau, through the park and there you are."

"Thanks you a lot, Mister."

Looking at the map we're not going that far south this time :( Got a sea trip booked and Mrs Raw has some ancestors to dig up in Stornoway and Bragar.
