Overproofed (because I went to bed after 13 hrs of proofing & it hadn’t budged, then blew up while I slept) and overhydrated even though I reduced the water. 6+ fails w these formulae. Feh.

I continue to BreadFail. And it's too hot to bake right now anyway, so I'll eat up the FailBread and try again. I think maybe I'm over proofing? And still haven't landed on the right hydration.
