A dramatic sky along the Ottawa River, at Britannia Beach. Clouds reach out overhead, giving the sky colours of deep purple, blue, pink, orange, and yellow after the sun has dropped to the horizon. In the foreground, to the right, large boulders provide a breaker to the beach, which is behind the camera. Some of the orange glow is reflected on the rocks. The river, itself, is far from calm, with some choppy waves created by the wind.

The bike path this morning toward #BritanniaBeach was blocked by fallen trees. I imagine they have cleared it by now. Still lots of flooding on the nearby pathways through the woods #OttawaRiver
