This tiny snapshot from this free living colony speaks volumes about the inside of their nest and its’ the greater environment. The visual cues & language of #honeybees is absolute but not always taught. That’s a shame. @britishbee

My lavender path used to be literally buzzing with honey bees. You could hear them before you saw them, far too many to count. 🐝🐝🐝
This year a max of 3-4 bumblebees as I walk past.
