All of this went in the Crock-pot! Will be either a mash or soup. Brothbase is chicken bouillon, miso paste, soy sauce, and vinegar. I have no clue how this will taste, but I'm happy that I get to use all these tasty vegetables thanks to @digiacom.ratwaysanctuary.org!
